Wedding Details


Every wedding, no matter how large or small, involves many details that need to be looked after.  To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. You can also download our wedding countdown for an overview of the planning for the big event.  Of course, our dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.


Seating Arrangements and Room Set-Up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.


Ceremony Room

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is proud to hold a wedding licence to perform civil ceremonies. The Chartwell Suite, The Library and The Cabinet Suites are all perfectly suited for this occasion.  Our professional staff will be glad to ensure that your life as a married couple begins in the perfect romantic atmosphere.


Event Times
Within the hotel, all events can be held until 1:00am. In Portman Square Garden, events can be held until 10:00pm.


Order of Events
From the traditional to your own unique vision, allow our wedding co-ordinator to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.


Audiovisual Equipment
Our onsite audiovisual experts can help execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.


Parking
The covered car park in the basement of the hotel offers 24 hour secure parking available for 48 vehicles. Access to the car park is at the rear of the hotel via Berkeley Mews.  Prices per car are £22 for up to four hours and £36 for up to 24 hours.


Wedding Cake
Our in-house pastry chefs will be happy to discuss your wishes and create a stunning wedding cake that suits your style perfectly.


Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport is Hyatt's global loyalty program.  Hyatt Gold Passport points can be earned for food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill from one point awarded for each US dollar spent.  Hyatt Gold Passport points can be used to book free nights in Hyatt hotels throughout the world.  For further details on Hyatt Gold Passport or to join the program, please click here.

Pricing
All prices include VAT at the standard rate. Deposits will be required prior to the event. Please click here to view our cancellation policies.

The hotel offers some exquisite wedding touches designed to create a romantic wedding atmosphere as noted below. Our wedding specialist will be more than happy to discuss the details with you:

  • Table Runners from £10 each
  • Floral Arrangements from £30 each
Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill works with a number of stylists and florists, and our wedding co-ordinator will be delighted to suggest a suitable company to create the atmosphere of your dreams.


Music
We are open to welcoming bands, DJ’s or individual entertainers. If you have not yet chosen yet any music or entertainment,  we can suggest the following two companies with which we work with on a regular basis.
